Return & Refund Policy
The Blot Studio
At The Blot Studio, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed home décor, premium stationery, and unique gifting products. Each product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale products
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Share your order details along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Requests must be submitted within the allowed time frame after delivery.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivery, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by The Blot Studio.
- If a return is requested for any other approved reason, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
5. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears visibly damaged at delivery:
- Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- Claims without valid photo/video proof may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
9. Refund Processing Time
Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
10. Policy Updates
The Blot Studio reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our official platforms.
